  • The commercial / industrial norm is 5% on all collections
  • Properties are unique thus each is examined and a fee mutually beneficial to both is agreed.
  • Letting commission payable per previously recommended tariff on new lettings to tenants and 75% of the SAPOA tariff on all lease renewals.
